Three days ago, my friend and I went to visit a Malaysian friend's house who said to be harassed by his landlord a few times whose knocking and shouting hardly at the front door of my friend's house.
Earlier,(my friend starts his story) the Landlord has been told by somebody that my friend was going to move out from the house without notice. So, with anger he bang my friend's door a few times. Once it opened, he shouted at my friend's face telling that the tenant are not allowed to end the fixed term tenancy during the tenancy period.
Without Salam...without asking the right story of my friend (the tenant) situation, without considered the human manners, the landlord shouted that he do not want to further argue with the tenant...."no point argue with you...don't you think that I'm stupid....if you still want to get out of my house..you have to pay me the whole rental up till the end of year.... and bare in your mind that I would find a solicitor in this case..." told the landlord to the tenant.
The tenant has nothing to say.....he just closed back his door...leaving the landlord standing out there with no answers. The tenant has never tought that his landlord will acted in such way minutes ago.
So....what should we do if we confront with the same situation?
